For whom?

Celebrate the holiday in a warm, comfortable and safe environment.

‘Villa Marleen’ is a (non-profit) holiday home for (care) children aged between 7 and 14, from all over Europe. The complex consists of a detached sleeping house, with two spacious adapted bedrooms on the groundfloor and an adapted bathroom. On the first floor (accessible via a stair lift) there are 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom, where the peace is guaranteed 24 hours per day. In the other building is the living area containing the activity room, the restaurant and the four comfortable apartments for the family members.
For each holiday week we can offer a maximum of 8 to 10 children a safe and responsible stay (depending on the nature and seriousness of the disability). In addition, ‘Villa Marleen’ is available as a holiday residence for various institutions such as foster care and care farms. Adults with a physical disability, people who have difficulty walking or otherwise who need care are also welcome. Out of the season and at times when the apartments are not occupied, all holiday guests are welcome. These guests pay the “normal” price and automatically contribute to the children’s project. Partly because of this income and the contributions of generous sponsors, it is possible to keep the ‘care’ child as low as possible for the costs of a stay of our target group.
